Thursday 1 July |

| 3pm to 6pm | Participating designers register and set up for the evening. Note access to the venue will not be possible before 3pm. Doors will be locked at 6pm for the organisers to set the venue for the evening’s events. Security will be on site from 3pm. |
| 6pm to 7pm | Event managers set up for Designer Drinks and Gala Preview |
| 7pm to 10pm | Gala Preview and Presentation of The Regal Castings Awards – the ‘invitation only’ VIP cocktail party |
| 10pm | Participating designers clear their cabinets |
Friday 2 July |

| 9am to 10.30am | Seminar/Workshop/Breakfast TBC |
| 10.30am | Participating designers arrive and set up for the day |
| 11am to 6pm | Public admissions |
| 6pm | Participating designers clear their cabinets |
Saturday 3 July |

| 10am to 5pm | Public admissions |
| 5pm | Participating designers clear their cabinets |
Sunday 4 July |
